• Help us provide our chatbot. This may include disclosure of the communications with our service provider, Zendesk. The contents of the communications will not be used for any purpose other than to support Playvox, but are also subject to Zendesk’s applicable terms of use, privacy and security policies which can be found here.
• Provide marketing and advertising cookies (see ‘Cookies and How To Opt Out’ below);
• For advertising and marketing purposes, including via social media.

In addition, we may disclose your personal information:

• At the request of law enforcement or government agencies or in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process to establish, protect, or exercise our legal or other rights or to defend against a legal claim, or as otherwise required or allowed by law.
• if we believe that such action is appropriate to (a) protect the rights, property, or safety of a user of the Site or any other person, (b) investigate or prevent a violation by you of any contractual or other relationship with us, (c) investigate or prevent your actual or potential illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or (d) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Delete the personal information we maintain about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
• Opt out of certain uses of your personal information, notably:

In addition, please note that notwithstanding your email preferences, we may need to contact you as required by law, or to complete any open inquiries.

We use commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing our files or tampering with our technology and to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information. This is especially true for any information that is transmitted electronically and that is unprotected until it reaches our servers. We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or internal policies.

The criteria we use to determine retention periods for each category of personal information is based on the type of personal information, contractual requirements, or with regards to product or service maintenance and improvements.
